- Go to Settings on your device
- Scroll to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap Add Account
- Choose Other
- Choose Add Mail Account
- Enter your name - This is what appears in your recipient inboxes
- Enter your email address - This is also your login username
- Enter your email password - set when the mailbox was created
- Enter a description - This is used to identify your email account on the device
- In the incomming mail settings enter the following
- Hostname - This is your mail server address, if you have a hosting account with us it will be in the format of mail.YOURDOMAIN.com
- Username - This is your email address
- Password - Should be prefilled from the previous step
- Outgoing mail server
- Hostname - Same as incoming host name
- Username - Same as incoming username
- Password - Same as password entered on step 8
- Tap Next - This will verify all the mail server settings are correct, you may be alerted that your device can't verify the identity of your mail server. If this occurs click Continue
- If the verify finished successfully you will be taken to a final step to enable the mail account and to enable Notes on the account. If you wish to save your notes from the Notes app on as a backup in your emails you can turn this setting on. Otherwise just Save the page to finalise the account.
