Below is a real-time overview of our servers where you can check if there's any known issues.
Scheduled
We're about to begin migrating all customers from cloud4 to new hosting infrastructure. Here's what you need to know.
What's happening
Your site will be moved to a new server. For most clients, this requires a name server update at your registrar once the migration is complete.
What you need to do
Wait for our email. We'll let you know when your account has been migrated and it's time to update your name servers. Please don't change anything before you hear from us.
If your current name servers end in websitesthatsell.com.au or momentumdns.com, the new name servers will be:
ns1.momentumcluster.com
ns2.momentumcluster.com
Let us handle it instead
If we manage your domain alongside your hosting, we can make these changes for you in real time without any action on your end. If you'd like to move your domain to us, reply with the current renewal price you're paying and we'll work out a deal.
Verifying emails you get from us
To confirm an email is genuine when asking for you to change your name servers, log in to your Momentum Hosting account and click Network Status in the menu.
The notice there will show the same name servers listed above. If they don't match, contact us before making any changes.
