How to reset your MyAccount Password

Visit https://myaccount.momentumhosting.com.au/password/reset/begin enter the email address that you registered your account under. Click the I’m not a robot button and then submit.

A new password will be emailed to the email address you entered. Once you have recovered your account it is recommended that you reset your password to something secure and memorable. If possible use pass-phrases instead of passwords.

If you don’t know the email your account is registered under please open a ticket and contact support.
